Praveen K. Jaiswal, PhD, a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology has received a prestigious Research Scholar Award for Mentored Prostate Cancer Research from the AUA Urology Care Foundation.

Toni has been working in higher education for more than twenty years. She is returning to LSU Health Shreveport following employment at the Louisiana Department of Education, Milken Institute School of Public Health at George Washington University, and Cornell University.

Dr. Nathan and her fellow 2019 JA Laureates were recognized at the Laureate Lunch held on August 27 and will officially be inducted into the 25th Annual JA Business Hall of Fame on October 17.
