Services are provided on an outpatient basis within the LSU Health Sciences Center Clinical Research Building at 3202 William Avenue, Shreveport, LA 71103.

Patient parking is located conveniently right in front of our building, but space is not guaranteed. Please bring money in case you have to pay to park in one of the private lots on Kings Highway across from the LSU Health Sciences Center.

From I-49 take exit #205-Kings Hwy., and go West toward the LSU Health Sciences Center / Medical Center.
Turn left (South) at the first light onto Samford Ave.
Turn right (West) onto Jennings St. (first street just after Shriners Hospital).
Follow Jennings until it ends at William Ave.
The Clinical Research Building is on the corner of Jennings St. & William Ave.
