Refer a Patient
The Physician Referral Service (PRS) office provides a single contact point where physicians from outlying communities may contact LSUHSC to initiate an appointment to an outpatient clinic for non-emergent patient referrals. The PRS office is open M-F, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The telephone number is 318.675.6378.  A toll free number is also available for physicians to initiate referrals: 1.800.337.3627.
