Job Summary:

The specific duties and responsibilities will be outlined in the interview process. General duties include, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the Foundation Office by providing high-level administrative support in areas of communication with supporters of the Foundation, maintaining office records, coordinating meetings, processing of gift data and receipts, liaison with certain outside vendors, monitoring and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
