The new University Family Medicine at Provenance clinic is now open at the Provenance development on the Southern Loop in Shreveport.
A joint venture of North Louisiana Area Health Education Center (AHEC) and LSU Health Shreveport, the clinic offers a full scope of non-emergency primary care for patients of all ages.
Full time family medicine faculty members and residents will staff the clinic. Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm and most insurances are accepted. Walk-in patients will be seen from 4:30 to 6:30 pm. Appointments are available by calling 318-813-4000.
