In the News: Camp Tiger

One-hundred and twenty first year and incoming medical students held an annual camp recently for area children with physical and intellectual disabilities. Camp Tiger is a five-day camp organized and run by medical students. The camp serves children with between the ages of 5 and 12. It is entirely free. Campers participate in a range of activities, including playing games at St. Mark's Cathedral grounds, visiting Sci-Port and watching a movie at the Robinson Film Center.

The Shreveport Times published an article and posted a photo gallery and video about Camp Tiger and the students behind it. KTBS.com also posted about the camp.
