Clinical Neuropsychology
The Neuropsychological Assessment Service is located on the LSU Medical School campus and performs outpatient psychological and neuropsychological evaluations.
Individuals are seen for problems with attention, memory, judgement and reasoning, emotional functioning, personality, chronic pain, and other cognitive and psychological difficulties.
We see individuals referred by neurologists, psychiatrists, chronic pain specialists, general practitioners, and others.
We see persons involved in civil litigation, workers' compensation claims, and those seeking disability.
We regularly participate in criminal cases as a court appointed member of a sanity comission or as a privately retained expert.
