Board of Directors
As with any nonprofit organization, the LSU Health Sciences Foundation functions according to the guidance of its Board of Directors. Our Directors are all members of our communities across north Louisiana; they volunteer to lead the Foundation because they recognize the impact LSUHSCS will have on the future. The Board advises the Foundation, determining its strategic direction, managing its finances and assets-including annual budgets and audits, property and investments-creating and overseeing its policies and procedures, and promoting the LSU Health Sciences Center in the community.
