Nurse-Family Partnership

The Nurse-Family Partnership program is designed to help give women and their babies the best chance for a bright future.  It is a free and voluntary program available to first time mothers.  A specially trained registered nurse visits women in their homes at regularly scheduled times until the baby is 2 years old.

The Nurse-Family Partnership program is designed to help new patients:

  • Have a healty pregnancy
  • Get ready for labor and delivery
  • Know what to expect from their child at different ages
  • Get the support they need
  • Get the most out of every resource
  • Have someone to talk to

Patients must be first time mothers and enroll before they are 28 weeks pregnant.  To make an appointment, you or your health care provider can call (318) 330-7726.
